- 4 medium shrimp, grilled and diced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp finely-chopped dill
- 2 tsp finely-chopped red onion
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- MASHED POTATO INGREDIENTS
- 2 med yellow potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp sour cream
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- MAYO RELISH
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 4 tbsp sweet cucumber relish
- VEG AND CONDIMENTS
- Tomatoes (fresh)
- Lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
- Grilled onions
- Dijon mustard
- Ketchup or Sriracha, your choice
- SAUSAGE AND WRAP
- 4 Gilbert's Craft Sausages Beef & Bleu
- 4 wraps (Angelic Bakehouse Premium Wraps)

- Put your wrap on a diamond-shaped piece of wax paper or foil
- Make 2 parallel rows of mashed potatoes and shrimp salad
- Nestle your grilled Beef & Bleu between the two
