- 1 tsp. dried mint (I love fresh herbs, but this goes into the dressing and using dried really works -- a serendipitous discovery)
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1 tsp. harissa (Moroccan hot sauce )
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4 whole grain bread (generous slices, cubed)
- Kalamata olives (for garnish, optional)
- chopped cilantro (optional)
- mint (optional)
- 2 boiled eggs (hard-, halved, optional)
- sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
