- 6 oz. tuna packed in olive oil (good quality, drained)
- 8 green olives (large Spanish, cut into half moon slices, about 2/3 cup sliced olives)
- 2 Persian cucumbers (small, cut into very small dice)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 lemon (large, about 1 T zest and 3 T lemon juice)
- 1/2 tsp. olive (bring, from the jar of olives)
- 3 Tbsp. mayo (I used regular mayo, but you could use light mayo if you prefer)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil

This recipe is pretty good. I switched out the tuna for canned chicken and made a little more sauce than it calls for and it turned out nicely.
