    Really very good without the pimentos. I used frozen peas and carrots and added a little cayenne (I like spicy!). Started with an 8x8 baking dish; leftovers ended up in a one-cup container! Will make it again.

    This is my go to recipe for tuna casserole. I don’t use the pimentos because my husband is a picky eater. I have added 1/2 cup of cheese to the recipe and the about 5 min. before it comes out of the oven sprinkle cheese on top. Yum yummm!!!!

    I've made this recipe and my family loves it !! I left out the pimentos out ! This time I will add the pimentos to see what it will taste like !!
