- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 8 garlic cloves (sliced thin)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- sea salt (good quality)
- roasted sesame seeds
- black pepper (optional)
- lemon pepper (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. ponzu sauce (Kikkoman)
- 1/2 tsp. wasabi (Japanese green mustard)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
