    Still good if you can’t find rocket (arugula), but then the dish is powerfully tart. I was thinking of substituting fresh basil, which has a somewhat similar anise-y flavor, but I couldn’t find that either. If you can’t find arugula or fresh basil, all you really need is something that will harmonize with the other ingredients andhas a noticeable but not overpowering flavor. I’m going to try it with mushrooms next time.
