- 2 jalapeno peppers (thinly sliced)
- red onion (thinly sliced, about 1/2 cup)
- cherry tomatoes (halved lengthwise, about 1/2 cup)
- Kalamata olives (pitted and thickly sliced, about 1/4 cup)
- aioli (Anchovy, recipe follows)
- soy sauce
