- 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (cut into quarters)
- 6 black olives
- 1/3 cup bell pepper (canned)
- 3 Tbsp. red onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 pinch oregano (ground)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 8 slices bread

Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add an equal amount of the tuna mixture to 4 slices of bread and then cover with the other half of bread.
