A little greasy. I probably used too much butter. I also used sharp cheddar instead of jack, which is also kinda greasy, but jack cheese has no flavor. And celery and red bell pepper instead of sweet pickle relish. I like almost anything in my tuna EXCEPT sweet pickle relish!!! I'll definitely try again with less butter.
