- 284 grams canned tuna (drained)
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno chili (finely chopped)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 loaves (small ciabatta)
- lettuce leaves
- tomato (sliced)
- onion (sliced)
- pickles (sliced)

Directions
- Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and chili. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the bread in half and warm on both sides.
- Plate the bottom half of the bread and the rest of the ingredients in this order: lettuce, tuna, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, and then add the top half of the bread. Serve.
