I cut the tuna up into small cubes, and also added tiny cucumber cubes into the mix. I also marinated it initially in a mix of lemon and olive oil. And it was perfect, especially paired with crisp bread crackers, so you can scoop the ceviche on top. Would be nice with some baguette as well.
