- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 6 lipton white tea with island mango & peach flavors pyramid tea bag
- 4 Tbsp. i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper (medium, chopped)
- 1 shallots
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup green onions (finely chopped)

Directions
- Bring broth to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat and add Lipton® White Tea with Island Mango & Peach Flavors Pyramid Tea Bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze; set aside.
- Melt 2 tablespoons Spread in 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat and cook shrimp and red pepper, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink; remove and set aside.
- Melt remaining 2 tablespoons Spread in same saucepan over medium heat and cook shallot, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender. Add rice and cook, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until rice is coated. Add tea mixture. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Return shrimp mixture to saucepan, then stir in half and half and green onions; heat through. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.
