- 4 cups breyers extra creamy vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
- 1 mango (medium ripe, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch chunks)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping (or butterscotch, divided)

Directions
- Combine mango, lime juice, hot sauce and salt in small bowl; let sit at room temperature 20 minutes.
- Stir mango mixture into Breyers® Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream in medium bowl.
- To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons butterscotch topping into each serving dish. Evenly top with Breyers® Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream, then with remaining butterscotch topping.
