I adjusted the recipe because I didn't have ice nor banana. Instead of fresh baby spinach, I used half a cup of frozen spinach. Instead of a banana, I used about half a cup of plain yogurt. I increased the coconut milk to a full cup. definitely, the banana would have made a difference.
