- 1 cup pitted dates (chopped)
- 1 cup figs (stemmed, sliced finely)
- 1 cup apricots (dried, diced)
- 1 cup pitted prunes (sliced)
- 1 cup coconut (dried)
- 1/2 cup currant
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder (or paste)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest (fresh organic)
- 2 mangoes (ripe)
- 1/2 pineapple (peeled)
- 1/2 cup water (more if your mangoes and pineapple are small, less if they are large)
- 1 tsp. spice mix (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest (fresh)
- 1 cup raw almonds (ground, this will make about 1 1/4 cups almond meal)
- 1 cup fruit (mince, recipe below)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (dried)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (lightly crushed by hand)
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapples (diced)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 5/16 tsp. baking soda
- 5/16 tsp. cream of tartar
- 5/16 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for 2 hours)
- 1/2 cup light agave nectar (or coconut nectar)
- 2 1/4 Tbsp. butter (shaved raw cacao)
