- 1/2 stick unsalted butter (4 tablespoons, 2 ounces)
- 2 Tbsp. dark rum (optional)
- 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate (separated into 2 equal portions)
- 2 oz. milk chocolate (chopped, or 1 oz each white and dark)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. confectioner's sugar
- 2 tsp. dark rum (or vanilla extract)
