- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. cold water (divided)
- 1 1/2 tsp. granulated gelatin
- 1 jar raspberry jam
- 1 pt. fresh blueberries
- 2 pt. strawberries (fresh)
- whipped cream
