- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper (fresh)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. Bertolli® Extra Light in Taste Olive Oil
- 4 Johnsonville® Mild Italian Sausages (links, coin sliced)
- 1 cup green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (chopped, or ½ tsp. dried thyme)
- 1/8 lb. asiago cheese (cut into ½ inch dice)
- 1/4 lb. provolone cheese (cut into ½ inch dice)

Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese and the pepper together. Set aside.
- In a deep frying pan with an oven proof handle (or in the deep half of a frittata pan) warm the Bertolli® Extra Light in Taste Olive Oil.
- Add the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
