Description
Peanut butter trail mix cookies are a simple, yet delicious twist on a favorite snack! After having one too many of these this week, Chris asked if I'd make him more last night. I can't blame him, they're pretty addictive! http://julieblanner.com/easy-no-bake-trail-mix-cookies/
Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups butterscotch chips ({package})
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- 1 cup chex
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1 cup m&m (peanut butter)
- 1 cup chocolate chips ({optional})

Directions
- Line cookie sheets/platters with parchment paper {must fit in your refrigerator}
- In the microwave, combine butterscotch chips & peanut butter 30 seconds at a time until smooth, stirring intermittently.
- In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir in peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Drop mixture by the spoonful onto cookie sheets & refrigerate until solid - about an hour or let set at room temperature.
- Optional - melt 1 c chocolate chips until smooth and drizzle on top.
