- 1 cup soured cream (or crème fraîche)
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 grams mince meat (we used turkey mince)
- 1 egg
- 3 potatoes (peeled, diced finely / about 2 cups)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. sea salt
- herbs (– to taste, fresh parsley will work here well)
- vegetable oil (for frying, we used rapeseed oil)
