We skip the egg and the cheese and put it on our pellet grill at 225F for 2 hours or more This adds a great smoked flavor to the dish I also use 1.7 pounds of ground turkey rather than beef and add 50% more of all other ingredients Definitely a big hit in my Irish-Italian family
