I mixed this dough together with my food processor and dough hook it came together really well.. pulse to mix dry ingredients together add butter and pulse gain until well infused. Add wet ingredients and mix on dough setting until you have a moist crumbly mix Turn out on your pastry sheet or into a bowl and press together to form a ball of dough. At this point you could add in fruit or raisins before cutting out biscuits.
