Followed the directions almost exactly and it was really yummy. I used Italian flavored bread crumbs. Also instead of salt and pepper I used a pre-made sea salt/garlic salt/ roasted onion and parsley blend. (I’m allergic to black pepper) The first one I made wasn’t holding together so I added flour, as directed. Simple and everyone enjoyed it.

Great! We made them with tilapia. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside.

I've used a few different recipes to make these in the past. I like the batter version of this recipe a little better than some of the others that don't have batter
