Overall it was an easy recipe and it baked good. Mine did not come out as fluffy as I wanted, and I don’t care for the spongy texture. I did add Italian seasoning.

It was not as fluffy as I wanted it to be but it did taste great, I added some pumpkinseeds, chia and wall nuts for an extra crunch!

Great! I used warm temperature eggs - no egg taste so no sweetener needed

It turned out pretty well, but we didn't like the spongy texture and the bitterness of the almond flour doesn't taste good.
