I adjusted the lemon juice to 1 lemon, and increased the eggs to 3. Left out the nutmeg. It was MUCH better.

It was alright. The lemon was a little overpowering in my opinion. If I’d make it again, I’d use less lemon. I followed the directions exactly.

I added lemon zest because I love lemon but this soup is amazing. I always forget how delicious and healthy this soup is. Everyone loved it, even my five year old

Delicious! More lemon flavor than what I’m used to getting at diners, but not unhappily so.
