FINALLY found the best gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipe! It’s been a long time of trying different recipes and getting hard dry cookies. The craziest part is that this doesn’t need xanthum gum either. I used Bobs All Purpose GF flour. They turned out fluffy, soft, and absolutely delicious.
