I have made this twice now from Wild Texas Boars. This reminds me of the pork dishes I ate in Bavaria as a child. Thanks for posting.

I've made this twice since finding this recipe. It's perfect on a cold night/ I served once with mashed potatoes and red cabbage and once with egg noodles and carrots. The sauce is delicious (follow the directions & use a good German mustard ).
