I tried this recipe for Cubanos, and it turned out fantastic. I couldn’t find Cuban bread, so I had to settle for Italian bread, but it still turned out great! I used some leftover mojo pork that I’d made previously and it was great! I highly recommend this recipe, especially if using real mojo pork.

Fantastic. A lovely delicious and filling sandwich. Ideal for lunchtime.

Meh. This is nothing more or less than a hot ham & cheese sandwich with hot pickles compressed like a panini. If that's what you're after, great. For the number of calories involved, I'd rather eat mac and cheese with ham, skip the pickles.
