Description
This is a modification of The Mom Maven's Yummly recipe. I modified it due to lack of ingredients and over a foot of snow on the ground with more on the way.
Ingredients

8 SERVINGS
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 pkg. italian dressing mix
- 1/2 cup EVOO (I guessed)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (I guessed)
- 1/2 cup water (another guess)
- 8 oz. salad dressing (Greek, or some other oil/vinegar dressing)
- Parmesan cheese (as a topping)

Directions
- Turn on the crock pot to high. Add the all ingredients except chicken and parmesan cheese. Keep mix to incorporate all the ingredients and melt the cream cheese.
- Add the chicken thighs and push into the mixture. Cover. Cook on high for about 4 hours.
- Enjoy over mashed or baked potatoes.
