- 3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (I prefer the kind in the pouch for this recipe instead of packed in oil)
- 10 leaves basil (chopped)
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1/2 cup pine nuts (roasted)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- sea salt (to taste)
