- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (low sodium)
- 1/2 pkg. tater tots (32oz or enough to make one layer on top)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (low sodium, condensed, 10.75 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/2 can corn kernels (low sodium, drained, could also use canned green beans, low sodium)
- 1 dash seasoned salt (and pepper)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese (or your favorite blend)
- 2 dashes beef bouillon granules
