Description
This is my tried and true recipe for quick and easy tofu to add to any meal. Freezing is the secret! There is a ton of give and take in this recipe since I don't believe in measuring, but I try to use as little oil as possible. This is a great base to work with, and is extremely easy and low maintenance. I use my toaster oven, so there isn't even any pre-heating.
