Delicious! Had to add more balsamic reduction bc it dried up (I took it off heat), otherwise I followed directions and family really enjoyed

Chicken was slightly overdone, maybe because i had cut the chicken breasts into smaller than half slices... still overall a great and healthy meal. My kids loved it!

Nice simple recipe with good flavors, added roast sweet potato to make it a bit more substantial

The one huge thing these recipes have in common... UNNECESSARY HIGH AMOUNTs of SALT

Delicious!! I left out the onion, I have some picky eaters, added bell pepper and some fresh spinach leaves. Was perfect.

It came out excellent. Very good recipe to make for a Monday night and I had left overs. Added a side of bow tie pasta which was a great addition

Good!! The vinegar has to be watched closely or turns to syrup quickly and even more quickly starts to burn. Overall good!

It was great however, if I cook this dish again, first I would lessen the time on the chicken. Then again, it depends on the thickness of the breast so be careful and avoid over cooking. Secondly, I’d cook the tomatoes at 1 minute instead of 2 and instead of cooking the balsamic vinegar, I’d just pour it on. It was too syrupy but it did liquify after it was poured over the heated vegetables. Lastly, I’d add additional seasoning to the vegetables. They were a little bland.
