This was so easy! I washed and quartered approx. 20 good size plum tomatoes, I added four cloves of garlic and one med. onion that I grated. I then followed the rest of the directions for the instant pot.
By the way I also added about 6 fresh basil leaves before cooking. I ended up with 1 1/2 qts of fresh sauce! That was after putting them through the food mill. I think the whole process took me 30 - 45 min. Including clean up.
