Delicious. Used spring onions as all I had and a clove of garlic not garlic powder. Used all of it as main meal for 2

This is way too salty! I should have realized that 1 tablespoon of salt was too much. This recipe is for die-hard vegetarians. It comes out of the dish as a watery, oily mess. I won't make it again.
