Real easy to put together and great way to use up extra zucchini from the garden. Used my home grown tomatoes instead of store bought plum tomatoes.

This dish makes eating vegies a real treat!! It cooks evenly in a 9x13 and it was delicious! The onions on top were somewhat crunchy and with the cheeses, it didnt even need salt. Will make this again for sure!!

Super yummy. I added shredded chicken to the mix (seasoned with basil, garlic salt, and oregano).
