- 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup red pepper (chopped, capsicum)
- 1 cup yellow pepper (chopped, can use red or orange)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can tomato paste (140g can)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tsp. paprika powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
