  • 4 tablespoons Holland House Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella cheese (that has been cut into chunks)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
