This was really good! I didn't have a lot of time so I decided to try the slow cooker. I simply dumped all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and cooked on low for 8 hours, then blended it. Turned out nice and thick (though to be fair I didn't use all of the water) and had great flavor. Will definitely make again.
