- 1 small tomato (Cut into Quarters)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 Tbsp. green onion (Diced)
- 1 Tbsp. Thai chili paste (Nam Prik Pao*)
- 4 Tbsp. coconut milk
- Bird's eye chilies (Optional:, chopped for additional spice)
