- 200 grams tofu (pre-fried, ~1 packet sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. asafoetida
- 2 red chillies (– sliced, leave out for nightshade free)
- 2 cms fresh ginger (– finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. dried black beans (salted, – finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. corn (four)
- 1 Tbsp. tamari
- 2 tsp. rice wine (or dry sherry if you cannot get rice wine)
- 200 mL boiling water
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil (leave out for sesame free)
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds (leave out for sesame free)
- 1 green pepper (large, – chopped in to chunks, replace with pak choi for nightshade free)
