Description
I was gifted a spiralizer and decided to look up what I could make with. A popular veggie used in a lots of recipes I saw on pinterest was zucchini. I thought it was a great idea to substitute zucchini (veggie) for noodles. I added tofu for protein, veggies, and soy, garlic chili sauce and it was delicious. This is a great low-carb, healthy vegetarian recipe! Visit : http://spiceupcooking.blogspot.com/2016/01/tofu-zoodle-lo-mein.htm for further details!
