- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp. jeera (/Cumin Powder)
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder (Dhania/)
- 1 tsp. kasuri methi (/Dried Fenugreek Leaves, crushed)
- 3/4 tsp. garam masala (Adjust acc to taste)
- 3/4 tsp. masala (Kitchen King, Optional, adjust acc to taste)
