- 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot starch
- 1 Tbsp. tamari
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic (about 2 garlic cloves)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. chilli flakes (– use more if you like it hotter!)
- 1 handful fresh basil (chopped)

- 300 grams spaghetti (cooked according to pack instructions. Use gluten-free spaghetti if allergic/intolerant to gluten)
