- 1 tsp. oregano leaves
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/2 cup spinach (or kale!)
- 1/2 avocado (pitted and diced)
- 2 Tbsp. green onion (diced)
