Love it! I use it regularly. I like Sam Turnbull’s recommendation to use medium firm tofu for a creamier scramble.
The reviewer who said it had too much salt maybe didn’t realize there are two recipes here and perhaps used all of the seasoning mix on his tofu?

Two teaspoons of black salt- or any salt- is Waaaay too much. I love salt, so I followed the recipe. But we had to throw it out. Will make again with 1/4 the amount of black salt.

A little adjusting (sea salt and extra black salt) and this is pretty great. A time saver for sure.
