Great recipe! I loved it and my boyfriend who hates tofu was “pleasantly surprised”…he had seconds.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have no idea how this comes out to 5 servings. It was more like 3 servings, maybe 4, but that was with a side of rice.
