- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 3 cups tomato sauce (a 700ml jar or homemade)
- spaghetti (or Pasta of choice, use a gluten free pasta such as brown rice pasta to make the dish gluten free)

Turned out good. I did add a little bit of spice and some crushed red peppers with a little bit of Frank’s red hot. It will be a go to for when we want spaghetti.

It was spicy but a good spicy. Couldn't even tell it was tofu. Best spaghetti I've ever had. Definately worth trying! I substituted the "nutritional yeast" for dried parmesan cheese as we didn't have any yeast but was still really really delicious! Will definitely make it again!
