My wife made this (rather than me), and followed the recipe ‘as is’, although used regular Tofu rather than what was suggested in the notes. Overall it was pretty nice, although my taste in curry tends to lean more toward the spicier end of the range, so suspect I’d have added more spice than what was suggested. Worth a go though!
