- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (+ more for topping)
- 3/4 cup toffee bits (+ more for topping)
- 1 cup flour (with, until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
